MERRIMACK, New Hampshire, August 30, 2023 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Life Storage (Managed), a 57,840-square-foot self-storage facility located in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Nathan Coe, Brett R. Hatcher and Gabriel Coe, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Columbus office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Thomas Shihadeh, New Hampshire Broker of Record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Life Storage (Managed) is located about 28 miles south of Concorde in Merrimack, New Hampshire. This brand new, class A facility opened in January of 2022 and currently features 448 non-climate-controlled units totaling 57,840 net rentable square feet.
