Effective on December 31, 2021, Leila Kirske resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Marchex, Inc. to pursue other opportunities. Michael Arends, the Company's Co-CEO, who previously served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer from May 2003 through April 2021, will serve as the Company's Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer and oversee the senior members of the Company's finance department until a successor Chief Financial Officer is named.
