Manulife U.S. Regional Bank Trust Announces Monthly Cash Distribution, Payable on February 12, 2016; Anticipates Monthly Distributions for Class A and Class U Units

Manulife U.S. Regional Bank Trust announced that a monthly cash distribution in the amount of CAD 0.04160 per Class A Unit of the Fund and USD 0.04160 per Class U Unit of the Fund, will be paid on February 12, 2016 to unitholders of record as of January 29, 2016.

Also announced, the Fund's anticipated monthly cash distribution for 2016 will be CAD 0.04160 per Class A Unit (or CAD 0.4992 per annum) or USD 0.04160 per Class U Unit (or USD 0.4992 per annum).
