Manhattan Corporation Limited : - Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Manhattan Corporation Limited (the Company) (ASX Code: MHC) requests an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities, pending an ASX announcement on drilling results.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises: a) the Company intends to make an announcement regarding the drilling results from the recent drill program at New Bendigo; b)	the trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement regarding the results or the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 13 October 2020. We expect the trading halt will be ended by the Company making an announcement of the kind referred to above and c) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Manhattan Corporation Limited is an Australia-based lithium and gold exploration company. The Companyâs projects include Chebogue Lithium Project, Tibooburra Gold Project and Ponton Uranium Project. The Chebogue Lithium Project covers approximately 1,200 square kilometers (km2) in the emerging hard-rock lithium jurisdiction of Nova Scotia, Canada. The project has the potential to host spodumene-bearing pegmatites. The Tibooburra Gold Project covers an area of approximately 2,200 km2, which comprises a contiguous land package of 15 granted exploration licenses that are located approximately 200 lilometer (km) north of Broken Hill. The Company's Ponton Uranium Project is located approximately 200 km northeast of Kalgoorlie on the edge of the Great Victoria Desert in Western Australia. The Project has 100% control of around 460 km2 of exploration tenements underlain by Tertiary palaeochannels within the Gunbarrel Basin.
