The Board of ZETKAMA S.A., pursuant to § 34 sec. 1 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state informs that yesterday it was notified about issue of a resolution No. 203/16 date 31 March 2016 by the Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. concerning the adoption to the securities depository 1.772.704 (one million seven hundred seventy-two thousand seven hundred and four) ordinary bearer series F shares of ZETKAMA S.A. with a nominal value of 0.20 zł (twenty groszes) each and granting them the code PLZTKMA00017, provided that the company decides to introduce these shares to trading on the same regulated market, which were introduced other shares of the company marked with the code PLZTKMA00017.
The registration of ordinary bearer shares series F ZETKAMA S.A. Compny in the deposit of securities will take place within three days from the date of receipt by the National Securities Depository decides to introduce these shares to trading on the regulated market, but not earlier than the date specified in the decision as the date of introduction of the shares to trading on the regulated direction.
