The Management Board of ZETKAMA SA headquartered in Ścinawka Średnia in accordance with § 38 sec. 1point 3of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state informs that in connection with the convening on 21 April 2016 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ZETKAMA SA, whose agenda includes among other things, the choice of the Supervisory Board by voting in separate groups, today was informed that the shareholder Nationale- Nederlanden Open Pension Fund with headquarters in Warsaw, reported Mr. Zbigniew Rogóż candidacy of independent Member of the Supervisory Board.
The Issuer informs that the candidate agrees to be a candidate for the Supervisory Board. The candidate's CV and complex statements are attached to the report.
