Makpetrol reported non-consolidated net loss narrowed to MKD 34.1 million ($691.000/€553,000) in the first nine months of 2014 from MKD 127.6 million a year ago. Both operating revenue and operating costs fell by 3.0% through September, to MKD 15.505 billion and MKD 15.502 billion, respectively. However, the company said it turned to an operating profit of MKD 47.7 million in the first nine months of the year from an operating loss of MKD 53 million a year ago due the lower costs as a result of drop in biodiesel stocks.
