Mainstream Group Holdings Limited Announces Management Changes

Mainstream Group Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Andy Harrison as Chief Executive Officer of Mainstream Fund Services, Australia. Andy will lead the Group's Australian Fund Services operations, focusing on enhancing service delivery to existing clients and further expanding Mainstream's presence in fund services. Andy will join Mainstream after more than 15 years with Link Fund Solutions, formerly White Outsourcing, where he is currently CEO and was a director/owner of White Outsourcing. Andy is expected to join Mainstream Fund Services in October 2018. The current CEO of Mainstream Fund Services in Australia, Nick Happell, will be promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Asia-Pacific, including Australia, with Martin Smith to relinquish that role to focus on his Group CEO role and Mainstream's key clients.
