MAINLAND HEADWEAR HOLDINGS LIMITED The board of directors of Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited announced that with effect from December 21, 2015, Mr. Ngan Siu Hon, Alexander has been appointed as Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee of the company. Mr. Ngan, aged 25, joined the Company in November 2014. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ngan worked at a well-known investment bank in Hong Kong.
