An Unknown Buyer acquired Property of Dimensions28 property from MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. (OTCPK:MKZR) for $46.8 million on January 23, 2023. MacKenzie has received an initial liquidating distribution in the amount of $21 million from Dimensions28 and expects to receive any remaining reserves later this year. MacKenzie Realty is purchasing the remaining partnership interest in the Main Street West property, which is expect to complete on February 1, 2023. MacKenzie Realty also completed the purchase of the remaining partnership interest in Woodland Corporate Center Two, LP on January 3, 2023. MacKenzie Realty will now have completed the purchase of 4 of the Wiseman properties.

The Company, through MacKenzie Realty Operating Partnership, LP (the Operating Partnership), acquires and operates real estate assets.
