CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Reference is made to the announcement of LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (the "Company") dated 27 November 2019 (the "Appointment Announcement") in relation to the appointment of Mr. CHAN Kin Man ("Mr. Chan") as company secretary of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Appointment Announcement.

The Company wishes to clarify Mr. Chan's professional qualification as disclosed in the Appointment Announcement should be as follows:

Mr. Chan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
