LT Group, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 10,719.3 million compared to PHP 10,870.72 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 22,800.39 million compared to PHP 22,846.29 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 6,215.48 million compared to PHP 6,075.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.57 compared to PHP 0.56 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.57 compared to PHP 0.56 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was PHP 29,871.67 million compared to PHP 28,364.75 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 66,941.12 million compared to PHP 70,051.76 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 9,945.35 million compared to PHP 16,102.94 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was PHP 0.92 compared to PHP 1.49 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was PHP 0.92 compared to PHP 1.49 a year ago.

Property Development segment is engaged in ownership, development, leasing and management of residential properties. Others segment consist of various holding companies.
