Following this development, the Nomination Committee of the Board of the Company has taken prompt action to fill the casual vacancy.
Dr. Zahid Mahmood has been chosen to succeed Mr. Yaser Manzoor as a Director of the Company. This appointment will take effect from January 4, 2024.
