Lovisa Holdings Limited announce the appointment of Mr. Chris Lauder as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr. Lauder joined Lovisa on 12 September 2017 as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary upon the resignation of Mr. Graeme Fallet, and following completion of the search process has now been formally appointed to the role. Mr. Lauder joined the Company from department store retailer Myer Holdings Limited, where he spent 10 years in various Finance roles most recently as Group General Manager Finance.
Prior to that he held roles at Telstra Corporation Limited and KPMG. Mr. Lauder is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 20 years' experience in finance roles in some of Australia's best known organizations.
