The Companyâs Real estate development segment is engaged in residential and commercial real estate development and leasing of Rockwell Land and sale of industrial lots and leasing of ready-built factories by First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) and First Industrial Township, Inc. The Companyâs Energy Solutions segment includes the business of PI Energy, FP Island Energy Corporation and First Philippine Electric Corporation. The Companyâs Construction and other services is engaged in the construction, geothermal well drilling, oil transporting, securities transfer services, investment holdings, financing and others.
