Livexlive Media, Inc. Announces the Retirement of Jerome N. Gold from Service on the Company's Board of Directors and from All of His Positions

On March 25, 2021, Jerome N. Gold notified LiveXLive Media, Inc. that he was retiring from service on the company’s board of directors and from all of his positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, effective immediately. Mr. Gold served as a director of the company since April 2016 and at the time of his resignation was serving as the company’s Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Gold was not serving on any committees of the Board.
