LiveXLive Media, Inc. Announces Retirement of Timothy Spengler from Board

On January 11, 2021, Timothy Spengler notified LiveXLive Media, Inc. (the “Company”) that he was retiring from service on the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Spengler previously served as a director of the Company since September 2017. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Spengler served on the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board.
LiveOne, Inc. offers a creator-first, music, entertainment, and technology platform, which is focused on delivering premium experiences and content worldwide through memberships and live and virtual events. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, distribution and monetization of live music, Internet radio, podcasting and music-related streaming and video content.
