LiveOne, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 28.53 million compared to USD 23.53 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 6.52 million compared to USD 3.41 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.07 compared to USD 0.04 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 56.3 million compared to USD 46.76 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 7.02 million compared to USD 2.06 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.08 compared to USD 0.02 a year ago.

It operates through three segments: PodcastOne, Slacker, and Media Group. It provides services through an over-the-top application powered by Slacker (LiveOne App) called LiveOne.
