T A N G E R A N G- As an ongoing effort in improving flight quality and safety, Lion Group continues to develop training facilities at Lion City Balaraja. One of the key facilities that has been provided is an aircraft mock up, which is designed to be part of practical training for prospective flight attendants and flight attendants (cabin crew).

Aircraft mock ups are replicas of the exterior and interior of aircraft used for training purposes. This facility supports participants to conduct simulations that all resemble and match the specifications and actual shape of the aircraft in various flight scenarios.

Lion Group Training Center provides various training facilities such as those on parts of the aircraft, including Airbus 320 mock ups, ATR72 mock ups, as well as evacuation slide equipment for Boeing 737s and Airbus 330s used in evacuation drills. In addition, there is a wet drill facility that has been equipped with an inflatable boat for the rescue / evacuation process (life raft).

Training using mock ups is a crucial component in cabin crew education, with this facility, Lion Group is committed to providing comprehensive and accurate training in accordance with real conditions.

Lion Group offers this education and training program for free, through a rigorous selection process. Training in aircraft mock ups covers various aspects, including:

Emergency Evacuation. The training teaches how to operate emergency exits and use evacuation equipment, such as surfboards, to guide passengers out of aircraft safely and quickly in emergency situations.

Wet Drill. Focus on water safety procedures, including the use of life vests and rafts. This training is important to prepare cabin crew in the event of an aircraft landing on the water.

Fire and Smoke Training. Teach identification and handling of fire or smoke in the cabin, including the use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures under limited visibility conditions.

Medical Emergency Training. Provide a foundation of first aid knowledge and skills, including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and how to cope with various medical conditions that may occur during the flight.

Service Training. Practice passenger service skills, including food and beverage serving, and effective communication techniques to ensure a pleasant and comfortable passenger experience.

Security Procedures. Education on security procedures to identify and deal with potential threats, such as intruders or suspicious items in the cabin.

Each module above is designed to equip prospective flight attendants and flight attendants with the capabilities needed to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during the flight.
