Lifetime Brands, Inc. reaffirmed financial guidance for the Full Year ending December 31, 2023. For the full year, the company re-affirmed Net sales of $660 to $720 million, Income from operations of $24.5 to $29.5 million. Net loss of $6.1 to $3.8 million.
Diluted loss per common share of $0.28 to $0.17 per share.

Its Home Solutions category includes products used in the home (thermal beverageware, bath scales, weather and outdoor household products, food storage, neoprene travel products and home decor). Its brands include Farberware, Mikasa, KitchenAid, Taylor, BUILT NY, KitchenCraft, Kamenstein, Pfaltzgraff, Rabbit, and MasterClass.
