Change in the LLB Group Board of Management

Vaduz, 7 May 2018. Dr. Kurt Mäder, Member of the Group Board of Management and Group COO, is leaving the LLB Group. Information on his successor will be provided in due course.

Group COO Kurt Mäder has decided to leave the LLB Group and pursue new professional challenges. He will leave the LLB Group in mid-May 2018 and resign from his board positions in the Group companies of the Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG. This includes his mandate as a Member of the Board of Directors of Bank Linth LLB AG. As Group COO, Kurt Mäder was responsible for the Group Corporate Development, Group IT, and Group Operations & Services business areas. In his areas of responsibility, he introduced the core banking software Avaloq at the LLB Group, implemented the creation of the Shared Service Centres, achieved consistent cost synergies, established a lean management culture within the Group, and advanced the Group's digitalisation initiatives.

The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Kurt Mäder for his great dedication and achievements for the LLB Group. Group CEO Roland Matt and Deputy Group CEO Urs Müller will head the Group COO Division ad interim. Information on Kurt Mäder's successor will be provided in due course.
