Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal
Year.
On April 14, 2020, Lepota Inc. (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment
with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada to amend the Articles of
Incorporation of the Company by increasing the authorized common stock of the
Company from 75,000,000 shares to 500,000,000 shares. No other amendments were
made by the filing of the Certificate of Amendment. The Certificate of Amendment
was approved by unanimous consent of the board of directors of the Company on
April 8, 2020, and by written consent of 53.8% of the stockholders of the
Company on April 8, 2020.
The amendments made by the Certificate of Amendment are effective as of the date
of acceptance by the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, or April 14,
2020.
