Leoch International Technology Limited Appoints Gong Fangxiong as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee with Effect from July 1, 2015

The board of directors of Leoch International Technology Limited announced the appointment of Dr. Gong Fangxiong as an independent non-executive director, a member of the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the audit committee of the company with effect from July 1, 2015. Recently retired, Dr. Gong had been the Chairman of JPMorgan China Investment Banking and the Managing Director of JPMorgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Ltd. from September 2009 to April 2015.
