(Reuters) - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc said on Wednesday that Richard Fuld will step down from the CEO post at the end of the year.
Fuld will continue as non-management chairman of the board after stepping down as CEO, a Lehman spokesman said.
Fuld will not claim severance or other bonus payment at the end of his employment, the spokesman said.
