Resignation of Executive Director

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Lee Kee Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms. MA Siu Tao ("Ms. Ma") has served the Company the resignation letter to resign from her position as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30th June 2017 (the "Resignation") to devote more time to her other personal commitments. Ms. Ma has agreed to act as an Advisor to the Company's Chief Executive Officer and remain as a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company after the Resignation.

Ms. MA has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express gratitude to Ms. Ma for her valuable contributions to the Company during her term as Executive Director of the Company and her consent to take the new advisory role.

As at the date of this announcement, the directors of the Company are Mr. CHAN Pak Chung, Ms. CHAN Yuen Shan Clara, Ms. MA Siu Tao, Mr. CHUNG Wai Kwok Jimmy*, Mr. HU Wai Kwok*and Mr. HO Kwai Ching Mark*.
