TOTAL Servicios Financieros EDPYME, formerly known as Servicios Financieros Total EDPYME, is a Peru-based company engaged in the financial sector. The Company specializes in the provision of leasing services, which are primarily aimed at businesses, as well as to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The Company’s service portfolio includes the leasing of machinery and heavy equipment for earthwork, land transportation units, machinery and industrial equipment, medical equipment, automobiles and trucks, and real estate properties, among others. As of December 31, 2011, Inversiones Invernadic SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 99.99% of its interest.
