   Placement Common Shares.
(2)According to Article 43-6, Securities and Exchange Law, the private
   placement may be carried out by installments within one year of the
   date of the resolution of the shareholders meeting. In consideration
   of the capital market situation, the Company will not continue with
   the above private placement.
