In February 2010, the Company ceased its ethanol and bio-diesel activities. On March 3, 2010, OSR Holding Corp. acquired all the assets of OSR Solutions, Inc. The Company focuses on offering medicinal chemistry, research & development processes, clinical research, collaborative research and blended onshore/off-shore model.
