Laureate Education, Inc. announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was USD 285.2 million compared to USD 351.8 million a year ago. Operating income was USD 36.9 million compared to USD 57.3 million a year ago. Net income was USD 379.3 million compared to USD 60.9 million a year ago.

It also owns Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN) and CIBERTEC institution in Peru. Its institutions in Mexico and Peru offer traditional higher education students a private education alternative, with multiple brands and price points in each market and program. The Company offers various programs, including medicine and health sciences, engineering and information technology, and business and management.
