Latin Resources Limited Announces Resignation of Zhongsheng Liu as Non-Executive Director

Latin Resources Limited announced that Non-executive director Zhongsheng Liu has resigned from the Board effective May 1, 2015. The resignation of Mr. Liu is part of the strategy of the Company to reduce expenses which includes a smaller board of directors more appropriate to the current level of activity of the Company and the prevailing capital markets.
