ST. LOUIS - Latch, Inc., soon to be rebranded to Door.com, today celebrated its first shipment from its new 48,000+ square foot headquarters in St. Louis. Located at 1220 N. Price Road in the Olivette community, the leased facility features both warehouse and office space, bringing all inventory and select core business functions together under one roof.
Since announcing the move in September, the company has been hard at work setting up its warehouse to become operational by the end of the year. Chief Doorman Jamie Siminoff joined the company's growing team of 30 people in St. Louis this week to send out the first shipment from the new facility, marking an important milestone for the company and its St. Louis operations.
'The new headquarters and warehouse enable us to bring all of our important activities and business functions under one roof to streamline processes and ensure quality every step of the way,' said Siminoff. 'We are already seeing great results from the team in St. Louis, and today's milestone is just one more example of the focused execution the team now has.'
The company continues to build out the new office space with Oakline Studio and CI Select and expects to occupy the space in the first half of 2024. The office is led by current St. Louis-based team members, David Lillis, SVP of Finance and incoming CFO, and Chris Peckham, Head of Sales. Latch is currently hiring team members in St. Louis.
