Land and Houses Public Company Limited announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced total revenue was THB 8,298.868 million compared to THB 7,859.463 million a year ago. Operating income was THB 1,391.872 million compared to THB 1,579.980 million a year ago. Net income was THB 1,394.928 million compared to THB 1,852.381 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was THB 0.12 compared to THB 0.16 a year ago. For the half year, total revenue was THB 14,158.345 million compared to THB 14,987.269 million a year ago. Operating income was THB 2,267.788 million compared to THB 3,006.346 million a year ago. Net income was THB 2,738.916 million compared to THB 3,678.184 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was THB 0.23 compared to THB 0.31 a year ago.
Land and Houses Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in property development. The Company operates through two segments: Real estate business, and Rental and service business. Real estate business segment consists of houses, townhouses and residence condominium projects for sale. Rental and service business segment consists of shopping mall, apartment for rent, hotel and project management. The principal business of the Company is residential housing development, concentrating particularly on single detached houses. The Company mostly develops in the Greater Bangkok and its vicinities, and in other cities in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhonratchasima, Udonthani, HuaHin, Phuket, Mahasarakham and Ayuthaya. Its projects include inizio Suksawat-Prachauthit, inizio bangna, Villaggio Srinakarin, Villaggio Bangyai, Villaggio Rangsit Khlong 2, Villaggio 2 srinakarin-bangna, Villaggio Phet Kasem - Sai 4 and other.
