Fukuoka Jisho Co., Ltd. concluded a contract to acquire Tenjin MMT Building from Kyushu Leasing Service Co., Ltd. (FKSE:8596) for ¥6.8 billion on April 22, 2015. The Board of Directors' of Kyushu Leasing Service passed a resolution for the transaction on April 22, 2015. The transaction is expected to complete on April 1, 2016. The transaction will result in an extraordinary profit of ¥66 million for first quarter of financial year ending March 2017.
