Kyochon F&B Co. Ltd. formed a joint venture with Evolution Capital Public Company Limited, to establish Kyochon Co. Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand.
The joint venture operates full-service restaurants in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Under the terms of the transaction, Evolution Capital and Kyochon F&B will hold an 80% stake and a 20% stake in the joint venture, respectively.
