Kumba Iron Ore Limited Appoints Neo Violet Mokhesi as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and Safety, Health and Sustainable Development Committee

Kumba Iron Ore Limited announced that Ms. Neo Violet Mokhesi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2024. She will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee, the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee and the Safety, Health and Sustainable Development Committee with effect from 1 July 2024. Neo holds a BCom from the National University of Lesotho.

She serves on the boards of Barloworld Limited, WDB Investment Holdings, Nozala Trust and Mozal SA.
