BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065940) announced a private placement of 10th series unregistered and unsecured private convertible bonds for proceeds of KRW 25,000,000,000 on January 5, 2018. The transaction includes participation from KB Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The bonds carry a interest rate of 1% per annum. The 10th series bonds are issued at par and have yield to maturity of 4% and would mature on January 5, 2023. The bonds are convertible into 6,787,944 shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 3,683 per share between the periods of January 5, 2019 to December 5, 2022. The subscription date is January 5, 2018. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
BIOVILL Co.,Ltd., formerly KSCB Co.,Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of pigment preparations used in plastic processing industry. The Company provides four categories of products: plastic coloring agents, plastic printing inks, synthetic leather surface coating agents and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds.
