Krka has approved the proposed distribution of gross dividend of €4.25 ($4.81) per share from its 2019 earnings, up 32.8% on last year's payout. An overall €133.3 million from Krka's €271 million profit reported for 2019 will be distributed as dividend, while half of the remainder will go to reserves and the other half will be retained. The record day for the dividend payment is July 22.
