SALE OF PROPERTY

On 13th December 2019, Kresta Holdings Limited (Company) (ASX:KRS) has entered into a contract with a special purpose vehicle held by Warrington Capital Partners (Buyer) for the sales of its property at 380 Victoria Road Malaga WA.

The consideration is AUD$7 million in cash. The settlement occurred on 24th December 2019.

The Company has entered into a separate leasing agreement with the Buyer to lease back the property for approx. 9.5 years until 1st August 2029. The Company will remain its head office and main administrative office at 380 Victoria Road Malaga WA.
