Director's Interest Notice

Kresta Holdings Limited (Company) refers to the initial director's interest notice for Mr Xueqiang Liu announced on 1 April 2020 and disclosure of Mr Xueqiang Liu's interest in the Company's annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.

The Company has just been advised by Mr Xueqiang Liu that due to his personal change of circumstances, he no longer has an interest in the Shares held by Tian Yuan (Mel) Pty Ltd as Mr Xueqiang Liu is no longer married to the sole shareholder of Tian Yuan (Mel) Pty Ltd and has not exerted any practical influence over any right to vote or dispose of those Shares.

Attached to this notice is a revised initial director's interest notice for Mr Xueqiang Liu.
