Korea Asset In Trust Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A123890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 10,000 million of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Daishin Securities Co. Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize the stock price. The share repurchase program is valid until October 10, 2017. As of April 9, 2017, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had 1,110 shares in treasury through other repurchase.
