From April 1, 2019 to June 20, 2019, the company has repurchased 340,000 shares, representing 1.95% for KRW 1,386.14 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 490,000 shares, representing 2.8% for KRW 1,985.47 million under the buyback announced on March 20, 2019.
KOOK SOON DANG.CO.,LTD. is a Korea-based company engaged in the production and marketing of Korean wines. The Company's products include BEKSEJU, which is brewed with glutinous rice, enzyme and 12 categories of herbs; 50SEJU, which is the mixture of BEKSEJU and Korean Vodka; YEDAM CHARYEJU, which is brewed with rice, corn starch and others used mainly for ancestor worship ceremonies; MYUNGJAK, including SANGHWANG, BOKBUNJA, OMIJA and OGAJA, which are made from natural mushroom, raspberry, schisandra fruit and siberian ginseng's fruit, respectively; RICE MAKKOLI, which is a Korean traditional alcoholic beverage, as well as GINSENG LIQUOR and GINSENG WINE.
