I will be presenting our consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2023.

To summarize, net sales were 155.5 billion yen , up 7.0% year-on-year, due to factors such as generally firm production by clients, unit price revisions mainly in production contracting work, increased transaction volume in the Airport-Related Business due to the recovery of domestic and international passenger flights, increased transaction volume due to the recovery of economic conditions in various countries, and continued high ocean and air cargo fares.
Operating income increased 38.5% to 7.378 billion yen, ordinary income increased 36.1% to 8.326 billion yen, and profit attributable to owners of parent increased 17.2% to 5.144 billion yen despite a sharp rise in fuel prices, as a result of efforts to improve profitability, receive appropriate unit prices, and achieve operating efficiencies, basic policies in the New Medium-Term Management Plan launched in April this year.
