Komatsu Seiren Co. Ltd. completed the acquisition of Pazzo Co., Ltd.

Komatsu Seiren Co. Ltd. (TSE:3580) agreed to acquire Pazzo Co., Ltd on July 30, 2012. After the transaction, Pazzo Co., Ltd will operate as a subsidiary of Komatsu Seiren. Pazzo reported total assets of ¥1.83 billion and sales of ¥2.54 billion for the period ended January 2012. The Board of Directors of Komatsu Seiren passed a resolution for the transaction on July 30, 2012 and the transaction is expected to complete on August 13, 2012. The transaction will have no changes on consolidated performance forecast of Komatsu Seiren for the period ending March 2013.
