Kolinpharma goes ahead with share buybacks

(Alliance News) - Kolinpharma Spa reported Wednesday that it bought back 2,000 prorie ordinary shares between Jan. 2 and Jan. 6.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR9.13, for a total consideration of EUR18,264.

As of today, the company holds 27,400 treasury shares, representing 1.7 percent of its share capital.

Kolinpharma closed in the green by 0.9 percent at EUR9.14 per share.
