- New: Mobile service vehicles now in Rhineland and the Czech Republic
Kögel provides support for its customers and workshops in
many regions through the availability of its mobile
service. These regions now include Rhineland and the Czech
RepublicDue to the very positive feedback given to the four
already existing mobile service vehicles, Kögel has
extended its activities in the area and can now look after
even more customers and workshops on a regular basis.
Comprehensive service for forwarding companies and
workshops
Kögel is currently the only trailer manufacturer in Germany
to provide its customers with the benefits of a fleet of
mobile service vehicles. These benefits include reduced
response times for providing spare parts, on-site customer
care, reduced freight costs and more intensive
communication with customers. All mobile service vehicles
are equipped with sufficient amounts of the most commonly
needed replacement parts. The Kögel Service Advisors
supplies with the mobile service vehicles workshops and
forwarding and leasing companies. In addition, they can
also give the customer help on-site where required
providing advice and identifying needs for spare parts.
