KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. Its primary rentals and products include hydraulic fracturing stacks, blow out preventers, tubulars, downhole tools, dissolvable plugs, composite plugs, and accommodation units.
