Kinjiro Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4013) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares, representing 5.76% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and strengthen shareholder returns. The program will run until November 30, 2021. As of March 31, 2021, the company had 10,420,000 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 0 shares in treasury.
Kinjiro Co Ltd, formerly Nittsusystem Co Ltd, operates the Human Resource Management (HRM) business and other businesses. The HRM business develops and sells software products and hardware products (employment information terminals) such as employment, human resource and salary management systems, and health and life products for businesses of various industries, as well as cloud services, consulting support and premium support utilizing these products. The HRM business is divided into two businesses, including cloud business and on-premises business. The cloud business includes Kinjiro Enterprise, one of integrated cloud service enterprise resource planning (ERP), consulting support, and employment information terminal. On-premise business includes integrated ERP package Kinjiro Enterprise, consulting support, employment information terminal, and premium support. Other business includes rental conference room business.
