Kingsrose Mining announced that Roderick McIllree has resigned as a director of the company, effective immediately. Mr. McIllree has been Non-executive Chairman of company since August 2017 and the Board is grateful for his assistance with re-listing the Company and setting it up for growth. Non-executive Director Michael Andrews has been appointed Interim Chairman. Dr. Andrews is a geologist with more than 35 years experience, much of which has been in Indonesia. He was a founding director of Kingsrose and played a key role in the development of the Company's original underground mine. Dr. Andrews is a substantial shareholder of the Company. Kingsrose Managing Director Paul Jago said the Board intended to appoint a new Director, who would also be Chairman, in due course.
