Accelerated Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer

Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers Limited (Company or KPT) today announces the issue of the 5,227,030 New Shares following the completion of the retail component of the fully underwritten 4 for 9 pro rata non-renounceable accelerated entitlement offer announced 12 April 2017.

HIGHLIGHTS The Offer raised $21.4 million in total

The Company has 40,873,809 ordinary fully paid shares on issue as at 11 May 2017.

A copy of the Top 20 Shareholders Report and Range of Units Report following the completion of the Entitlement Offer is attached.
