Kemira Oyj (HLSE:KEMIRA) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Reactivation business in United Kingdom of Norit from Purton Carbons Limited on June 28, 2024. The scope of the agreement includes the reactivation facility in Purton, United Kingdom. Nine employees will transfer to Kemira as part of the transaction.
The deal is expected to close in Q3 2024.
